High molecular, multi-functional fatty acid esters (complex ester) based PVC Lubricant H-74 is white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing and odorless powder. It is not soluble in water, but can be dissolved in trichloromethane and tributyl phosphate (TBP).

Product Benefits and Application
H-74 is external lubricant which can be used during PVC processing. With this product, both soft and rigid PVC granules, profiles, sheets, shrink film and calendered film can be processed. As a mould releasing agent with paste processing, it offers many benefits, such as good efficiency, good release properties and improvement of non-tackiness and flowability. This product can also improve surface gloss and reduce balancing torque.
About 0.3-0.8% (transparent) or 0.3-0.8% (opaque), are the dosage. This dosage amount can increase under special case.

Storage, Packing & Transportation
H-74 is packed in 25kg woven bag. It is important to avoid isolation, drench. To store this product, cool and draughty area is preferable. The shelf life is one year.
