The internal lubricant has good compatibility with the polymer, which can reduce the cohesion between the polymer molecules in the polymer, so as to improve the internal friction heat generation and melt fluidity of the plastic melt.
Most lubricants have the double effects of internal and external lubricants, rather than a single role, such as stearic acid. When the initial processing temperature is low or the amount is large, the external lubrication characteristics are dominant. When the temperature is high, the compatibility with PVC is increased and the amount is appropriate, the internal lubrication is the main role.
