PVC Foaming Agent used In the production of PVC foam board, foam pipe and other foam application.Usually its AC blowing agent and NC blowing agent.

The decomposition temperature of AC foaming agent (yellow foaming agent) is about 180 - 210 , and the decomposition temperature will drop linearly when it contacts with lead salt.NC foaming agent, also known as alkali (commonly known as soda), has a much lower gas output and decomposition temperature than yellow foaming agent. The gas output is about 110, and the decomposition temperature is about 130-150 . The white hair foaming agent is a modulation formula processed on the basis of soda ash.

If only one kind of yellow foaming agent is used, it is easy to break walls and bubble holes when making thick board. If only one kind of NC white hair foaming agent is used, due to the low decomposition temperature, low gas generation, decomposition ahead of time, a large amount of volatilization is occurring when the mold is out, so the plate with low density can not be made down.According to the different density of production, the proportion of AC and NC foaming agent is proportioned reasonably to achieve the balance. However, if the total amount of the two is too much, a large amount of gas will be generated in the barrel in advance, which will affect the liquidity. Because the foam board needs fast flow speed to impact the die mouth, and needs enough gas to meet, so too little and too much foaming agent will affect the reason why the density can not reach the purpose.
